Job Overview

We are seeking a front-end sFrontend Software Engineer to help us redefine customer interactions and loyalty through AI. In this role, you will develop and enhance the systems that power our cutting-edge AI platform, which delivers real-time, personalized customer engagement, faster problem-solving, and proactive support to drive long-term business growth.

You will design and implement scalable, efficient frontend solutions to support our AI agents, ensuring they deliver VIP-level service in every customer interaction. Your contributions will directly align with our mission: to create happy, loyal customers by elevating every experience through innovative and user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.
  • Solid programming skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong command of HTML, CSS, and modern web development standards.
  • Proven expertise in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks like React, with experience using tools like npm and Vite.
  • Proficient in leveraging component libraries such as MUI and Mantine to create scalable and maintainable UI solutions.
  • Experience integrating AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, into user-facing applications.
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and experience optimizing web applications for mobile browsers. Experience with mobile app development is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Fast learner with a startup mentality, capable of taking initiative and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models, including LLM technologies, into frontend applications, delivering personalized and seamless user interactions.
  • Build and optimize highly responsive user interfaces using modern web frameworks and libraries, ensuring accessibility and exceptional user experiences.
  • Implement intuitive data visualizations and interfaces that present AI-powered insights effectively to users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product managers, to translate business requirements into innovative frontend solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in frontend development and AI to propose and implement cutting-edge user interface innovations.
