Job Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us redefine customer
interactions and loyalty through AI. In this role, you will develop and enhance the systems that power our cutting-edge AI platform, which delivers real-time, personalized customer engagement, faster
problem-solving, and proactive support to drive long-term business growth.

You will design and implement scalable, efficient infrastructure to support our AI agents, ensuring they deliver VIP-level service in every customer interaction. Your contributions will directly align with our mission: to create happy, loyal customers by elevating every experience through innovation and technology.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing and proficiency in analytics tools are preferred. Strong communication and creative skills are essential.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering
  • Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or similar advanced AI technologies.
  • Proficient in frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks and tools, with a strong understanding of their deployment and optimization.
  • Strong experience in backend development, including API design, micro services architecture, and working with cloud platforms (especially Google Cloud).
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Javascript, Typescript, Python and Go, with an emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business innovation and improve customer experiences.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Fast learner with a startup mentality, capable of taking initiative and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications that power AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
  • Implement and integrate AI models, including LLM technologies, to deliver personalized and seamless customer interactions.
  • Build and optimize responsive user interfaces using modern web frameworks while ensuring exceptional user experiences.
  • Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product managers, to innovate and refine AI-powered solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI and other technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions.
